- For investors desiring a more passive investment approach, SilverLeaf offers comingled discretionary funds where investors are kept apprised of investment performance through regular reporting, but are not involved in the day-to-day investment management responsibilities.
To take advantage of the best opportunities, SilverLeaf invests in:
- All real estate asset classes, such as residential condos/single family homes (but excluding homesteads) and diverse commercial property (including office, retail, hotel, medical & flex/industrial) and:
- At all stages of development from raw land lots, to grey shell, to completed developments.

Many of them have invested in multiple vehicles and many have re-invested in successive vehicles upon realization of initial investments.
